My children sometimes ask, "Why didn't you take more video of us when we were babies?" Now it's not that video cameras weren't available. My mobile phone was no where near capable of taking pictures let alone video. It is more about the attitude towards quickly taking a few seconds of video and appreciating that if you were going to sit down and watch something then, you were in fact going to physically site down, be prepared and expect a good amount of time to go towards watching (on the TV probably).
